Monitoring plan, phase 4.3: receive Uptime Kuma notifications.

Scope

POST /api/projects/<owner>/<repo>/ingest/uptime-kuma/ (upload token, Bearer), body = Kuma's "Webhook" notification (JSON): heartbeat (status 0 down / 1 up / 2 pending / 3 maintenance, msg, time) and monitor (name, url, type).
One "format maison" report per notification: ref_kind=source, ref_value=kuma (or ?source=), custom_type_name=uptime:<monitor name>; status down → fail, pending → warn, up / maintenance → ok; metrics: state, message, target.
Kuma's "test" notification (no heartbeat) is acknowledged without creating a report.
Kuma only notifies on changes: no expect_every.
