Let the user pick one of three visual identities for the app, synced across devices via the account (backed by argus/backend's new UserPreferences / PUT /me/theme/).

A ThemeSwitcher in the header, visible only when logged in
Three real token sets in style.css applied via [data-theme] on <html>: technique-sombre, epure-clair, editorial-eleve (default)
Fixed status/severity colors stay unchanged across all three (shared with argus/backend's rendered badge SVGs)
