pnpm 12's minimumReleaseAge (1 day) blocks freshly published versions of @gilles/bigb-vue (from our Forgejo registry): a new next release can't be installed for 24h.

Add a pnpm-workspace.yaml excluding our own scopes:

minimumReleaseAgeExclude:
  - '@thierryade/*'
  - '@gilles/*'

Third-party packages keep the 1-day delay.
