Frontend for the Argus connectors (argus/backend#37, monitoring plan phase 4.1).

Scope

"Connecteurs" section in project settings (admins): list (kind, name, URL, interval, enabled, last run, status, error), add (kind, name, URL, user, password, interval), enable/disable, change interval, delete, "Lancer maintenant".
The password is write-only: never shown again, empty means unchanged.
