The build job fails building the python-* variants since the Node 22->24 bump (#8, Renovate, merged 2026-10-24).

The node binary copied from node:24-trixie-slim into python:*-slim now needs libatomic.so.1, which python:*-slim doesn't ship and the existing apt-get install git curl jq doesn't pull in either. It crashes the moment npm install -g pnpm runs:

node: error while loading shared libraries: libatomic.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Seen on run #50 (https://git.stationmyr.net/guardians_of_the_galaxy/ci-base/actions/runs/50/jobs/0/attempt/1). Only python.Dockerfile is affected -- node.Dockerfile (Alpine/musl) and docker.Dockerfile/golang.Dockerfile (which install nodejs through their own package manager) are fine.

Fix: add libatomic1 to the apt-get install list in python.Dockerfile.
