Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Replace the current eager-load-everything navigation with a desktop-software model: nothing is loaded at startup, Fichier > Ouvrir opens an organization or a project, and every menu/action operates relative to whatever is currently open. Organization and project form a two-level stack (opening a project keeps its organization open too; an organization can be open alone with zero projects). Deep links are kept -- the open-document state is derived from the URL via a new workspace store and a router guard, never independent client state.
Also fixes a pre-existing double-fetch: SpecNavShell's embedded SpecDetailPanel used to re-resolve the project a second time on top of the parent tree view's own resolution.
