Every PDF export button ("Exporter en PDF" on a version and on the current state, "Générer l'extrait PDF" on a spec) should open an Options d'export dialog before creating the job:

start place, picked from the project's place tree (locked on the spec's own place for a spec extract);
max depth (empty = unlimited, 0 = that place only);
layout: tree, or grouped by place (with links to parent and child places);
group by theme.

The dialog mentions that a table of contents is always included, and warns when the project uses a custom PDF template (presentation then depends on that template). The PDF template editor lists the new template variables and can preview each layout/grouping.
