Adds "postUpdateOptions": ["gomodTidy"] to renovate.json: Renovate runs go mod tidy after its go get, so go.sum keeps the entries the tool dependencies need (what broke PR #6). Validated with renovate-config-validator --strict (Renovate 44.181.3).
