Only the latest report of a stream can be viewed in full: the history table (frontend ReportCard) shows date/status/headline for the last N, with no way to open an older one (e.g. which host-health metric was in warning last night on garion).

  • GET /projects/{o}/{r}/reports/{id}/ (read permission), same serializer as the list.
  • before=<ISO datetime> filter on the report list, to page further back than the last N.
  • prune_history: never delete a source report that marks a status change (ok→warn, warn→ok...) -- only the unchanged in-between ones go, so the useful history survives history_retention_count.
