Adds a ThemeSwitcher in the header backed by argus/backend's new /me/theme/ endpoint, and three real [data-theme] token sets in style.css (technique-sombre, epure-clair, editorial-eleve, the latter also the :root default) -- fixed status/severity colors stay unchanged across all three. Includes the Superdesign init/design-system artifacts used to explore the three identities.

Depends on argus/backend#20 for the /me/theme/ endpoint.

72/72 tests, typecheck and build clean. Verified end to end against a real running dev server and backend (not just the test suite): real login, PUT persisting, GET reflecting it back, and the built CSS actually shipping all three theme blocks.
