Closes #16

Frontend for argus/backend#27 (PR argus/backend#31). Stacked on #20 (base feat/15-native-orgs-external-projects, which already added Me.groups / Me.is_argus_admin).

Changes

  • src/api/groupGrants.ts: list / save (create or change level) / delete grants on an organization or a project.
  • GroupGrantsManager.vue: "Accès par groupe" section — table of grants (group, level), form (group name + Lecture/Écriture/Admin), "Retirer"; renders nothing without admin permission (403), like the token manager. Explains the scope (organization and all its projects / this project) and that Authentik group changes apply at the next login.
  • Shown on the organization page and in project settings; default MSW handlers return 403.
  • Tests: src/__tests__/GroupGrantsManager.spec.ts.
