Frontend for argus/backend#28 (PR argus/backend#32). Stacked on #21 (base feat/16-group-access).

Changes

Types: RefKind gains "source"; Report.last_seen_at (optional) and a lastSeen() helper (latest of uploaded_at / last_seen_at, compared as dates).
SourceCards.vue: on a project page, source refs become one card per source — name (links to the ref page), "vu il y a …" (exact date as tooltip), a status chip per stream (report type / custom name / variant, latest only) and up to four scalar metrics. Other refs (branches, commits, PRs) stay in the existing table; a project with only sources shows only cards.
formatAgo() in utils/date.ts.
Report card and history: "inchangé jusqu'au …" for de-duplicated reports.
Rule editor's ref-kind list gains "Source" (needed by the widened type).
Tests: src/__tests__/Sources.spec.ts.

Checks

pnpm run test:unit (88 passed), vue-tsc -b, pnpm run build.

- RefKind gains "source", Report gains last_seen_at (and lastSeen()).
- A project page shows its source refs as cards (SourceCards.vue): one
  per source, "vu il y a ..." from the latest reception, a chip per
  stream and its main scalar metrics; other refs stay in the table.
- Report cards and their history say until when a de-duplicated report
  stayed unchanged.
