Follow-up to #40/#41 -- a pinned commit (PinnedCommit) had no visibility anywhere on ProjectView, only a toggle on ReportCard. Add a "Commits conserves" section, symmetric to the existing closed-PR section: lists every pinned commit, labeled with its release version when a publish report matches (falls back to a short sha otherwise), with chips linking to its reports.
