Summary

A pinned commit (PinnedCommit) had no visibility anywhere on ProjectView, only a toggle on ReportCard -- there was no way to see which commits were kept forever on a project.
New "Commits conservés (N)" section, symmetric to the existing closed-PR section: lists every pinned commit, labeled with its release version when a matching publish report exists (its own headline.value already is the version), falling back to a short sha otherwise, with chips linking to that commit's reports.
