Fichier > "Export PDF...": new project picker page linking straight to each project's own Versions page.
Versions page: now states which template applies (its own / its organization's / the built-in default) right next to the export button.

- Fichier > "Export PDF..." opens a new project picker
  (ExportPdfLauncherView) linking straight to each project's Versions
  page -- the feature existed but nothing in the persistent menu bar
  pointed at it, and a project's own "Versions" tab is only visible
  once already inside that project.
- The Versions page now states which template will actually be used
  (its own, its organization's, or the built-in default) right next
  to the export button, instead of only in Gestion > Export PDF's own
  editor -- no configuration is required to export a PDF.
