Add bigb-django as an optional dependency (guarded import, same pattern as vieuxhibou/poulpinou in requirements-gilles.txt)
Mount bigb.urls under /bigb/ when installed, excluded from the SPA fallback regex
apps/reports/bigb_queries.py: register Project/Report, scoped to the projects the current user has at least read access to (reuses apps.accounts.permissions.has_at_least, cached)
Auto-add every user to a shared argus-users Django group (on OIDC login) with the bigb view permissions needed to read the shared dashboard
Seed one shared SavedQuery/Dashboard/DashboardTile set (projects count, reports by status, reports by type) idempotently, mirroring the existing post_migrate periodic-task seeding pattern
