Embeds a read-only <BigbDashboard> on the homepage (ProjectListView) for the shared overview dashboard seeded server-side by argus/backend#17: visible-projects count, reports by status, reports by type.

editable is left false -- the seeded dashboard's change_dashboard permission is scoped to its single owner, not to every bigb-viewers group member who can see it, so a drag/resize from anyone else would just 403 silently. Making it editable for an actual admin is a natural follow-up once the frontend has a notion of "admin" to bind it to.

Depends on argus/backend#17 (same branch needs to be deployed first for /bigb/dashboards/argus-overview/ to exist).

Closes #8.

anyone but that owner.

@gilles/bigb-vue added the same way drh/ws-frontend already consumes
it: scoped .npmrc + a user-level pnpm auth token set in CI (project
.npmrc can't hold the token itself), pinned to the "next" dist-tag.

Closes #8.
