Add a read-only bigb dashboard widget to the homepage (ProjectListView), fed by the shared dashboard seeded server-side (argus/backend#17): visible-projects count, reports by status, reports by type.

Add bigb-vue dependency (Forgejo npm registry, @gilles scope)
A BigbClient configured against /bigb, reusing the existing session-cookie auth
Embed <BigbDashboard> (read-only, editable=false) on ProjectListView.vue for the shared overview dashboard

Depends on argus/backend#17.
