Monitoring plan, phase 5 pilot.

Merge only after guardians_of_the_galaxy/ci-base#15 is merged and the ci-base images are rebuilt (the current publish-release rejects the new options), and after #42 is deployed.

Changes (.forgejo/workflows/ci.yml, docker job)

  • New step "Collect publish details for Argus": ARGUS_IMAGE = <image:tag>|<compressed bytes>|<package page> — the size is the sum of the layers of the linux/amd64 manifest from docker buildx imagetools inspect --raw (the docker-container builder never loads the image locally); /tmp/dependencies.txt = pip freeze inside the pushed image (empty on failure). Checked on garion with the current :devel image inside ci-base:docker: 105 693 272 bytes, pip freeze OK.
  • Both publish-release calls get ARGUS_UPLOAD_TOKEN: ${{ secrets.ARGUS_BACKEND_UPLOAD_TOKEN }}, --artifact "$ARGUS_IMAGE" and --dependencies /tmp/dependencies.txt. A failed upload only warns.

The docker job passes ARGUS_BACKEND_UPLOAD_TOKEN to publish-release
(ci-base) with the pushed image as artifact (compressed size summed
from its linux/amd64 registry manifest) and its pip freeze, for
numbered releases and the devel snapshot.
