Monitoring plan, phase 5 pilot.

Merge only after guardians_of_the_galaxy/ci-base#15 is merged and the ci-base images are rebuilt — the current publish-release rejects --artifact / --dependencies — and after argus/backend#42 is deployed (older Argus refuses report_type=publish).

Changes (.forgejo/workflows/ci.yml, publish job)

  • New step "Collect publish details for Argus": ARGUS_WHEEL = built wheel name|bytes|package page; /tmp/dependencies.txt = pnpm ls --prod --depth 0 --json as name@version lines (checked locally: @gilles/bigb-vue, axios, vue, vue-router).
  • Both publish-release calls (numbered release, devel snapshot) get ARGUS_UPLOAD_TOKEN: ${{ secrets.ARGUS_FRONTEND_UPLOAD_TOKEN }}, --artifact "$ARGUS_WHEEL" and --dependencies /tmp/dependencies.txt. A failed upload only warns.
