A project can have a bigb dashboard of its own, e.g. disk/swap/RAM/updates curves for stationmyr/infra, built from reports.ReportMetric queries (argus/backend#46).

Convention: the dashboard slug is project-<owner>-<repo>. The project page shows it above the reports when it exists and the user can see it; otherwise (404/403) nothing is shown.

Part of the monitoring plan (charts and dashboards through bigb).
