Depends on the backend endpoint (argus/backend, report by id + before=).

New route /:owner/:repo/:refKind/:refValue/report/:reportId: one report in full (ReportCard), with a "historical report" banner and a link back to the latest.
History table rows link to it; a "plus ancien" button loads the next page (before=).
Each non-ok row names the metrics that caused it.
