Summary

ProjectView collapses any pr-kind ref whose pr_state is "closed" into a collapsed "PR fermées (N)" section, unless it's pinned -- never an "unknown" state, so a transient Forgejo lookup failure never hides a PR that might still be open.
Pinned refs (new PinnedRef model, see argus/backend#49) show a 📌 badge next to their name and are never collapsed regardless of PR state.
RefDetailView gains a "Conserver à vie" / "Retirer l'épinglage" toggle, backed by the new pin endpoints; hidden while the pin status hasn't loaded, shows an inline error on a failed write (e.g. no write permission).

Depends on the backend companion PR (argus/backend#50) for the pr_state field and the pin endpoints.
