Summary

RefDetailView's existing ref-level pin toggle protects a whole (ref_kind, ref_value) -- but a release/devel-snapshot upload shares its branch's ref with every regular CI push (see argus/backend#51/#52), so that toggle would freeze the entire branch's history instead of just the one release build.
ReportCard now also offers "Conserver ce commit" / "Retirer l'épinglage du commit", keyed by report.commit_sha, backed by the new PinnedCommit endpoints.
Hidden entirely for a report with no commit_sha (e.g. a source stream), and while the pin status hasn't loaded yet; a failed pin/unpin shows an inline error without hiding the button.

Depends on the backend companion PR (argus/backend#52).
