What's in it

The rule form's Mattermost section now has:
- channel checkboxes: several channels at once, from the bot's channels. A channel saved on the rule that the bot has since left still appears, marked "inaccessible au bot", so it can be unticked;
- private messages: Mattermost account search (GET /api/mattermost/users/) with removable chips;
- an "Auteur du rapport (message privé)" checkbox, with a hint on how the author is found.
The rule list summarises the targets, e.g. Mattermost (~Famille / CI, @lea, auteur).
The backend's field errors (mattermost_channels, mattermost_users) are shown inline.

Tests

vitest, 65 in total:

the create test now covers two channels, a private-message recipient and the author;
a new test checks the summary, keeping a channel the bot has left, and removing a recipient.

vue-tsc and vite build pass.
