Monitoring plan, phase 6: metric history charts.

Scope

In a "format maison" report's history, a small line chart per numeric metric that has a stable key (disk %, swap %, pending updates…), built from the reports already stored (no new endpoint). Step-shaped, since de-duplicated source reports only keep changes (last_seen_at extends the last value).

Change of approach (2026-10-29, Gilles): the charts go through bigb instead of a hand-made SVG component. Metrics become queryable rows (argus/backend#46, PR argus/backend#47), bigb-django gains QuerySpec fields (Gilles/bigb-django#5, PR #6) and bigb-vue's ChartRenderer gains time-series options (Gilles/bigb-vue#24, PR #25). PR #33 will be reworked onto bigb-vue's ChartRenderer once that version is published; don't merge it as is.

PR #33 is now reworked onto bigb (ReportMetric query + bigb-vue chart); it can be merged once argus/backend#47 is in.
